To enter all you need to do is like the ‘Mother’s Day Competition’ post on the Dapple EQ Facebook page and comment in 25 words or less ‘why your Mum is your hero’.

Entries close on Saturday 7 May and the winner will be announced on Mother's Day, Sunday 8 May.

 

Terms & Conditions

By entering the “Mother’s Day Competition” competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. Standard Terms

1.1           Information on how to enter “Mother’s Day Competition” is hosted on dappleeq.com.au. This competition is not associated with, nor endorsed by Facebook in any way.

2. Who can enter

2.1          Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia.

2.2          Employees and their immediate families of Dapple EQ and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter

3. How to enter

3.1          The competition commences on Thursday 28 April 2016 at 9:00am and concludes on Saturday7 May 2016 at 11:59pm.

3.2          In order to enter on Facebook, entrants must like the ‘Mother’s Day Competition’ post on the Dapple EQ Facebook page and comment in 25 words or less ‘why your Mum is your hero’.

3.3          Entrants in the competition may enter the competition only once

4. Prizes

4.1          There will be one winner. The winner will reieve an Anky Lightweight Body Warmer in Ebony or Lobster in the size of their choice.

4.2          The winners will be notified by social media to claim their prize.

4.3          Winners may collect their prize from Dapple EQ, 17 Walker Street Mt Barker, or they can choose to have it posted to an Australian address.

4.4          Prizes can be transferred but not redeemed for cash.

5. How to win

5.1          There will be one winner chosen from total pool of entries received. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition and registered all details required (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be eligible. One winners will chosen randomly.           

5.2          Winners will be notified by social media on Sunday 8 May 2016. The winner’s name will be published on Dapple EQ’s social media platforms and the details will remain viewable.

5.3          The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.

5.4          The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.

6. No liability

6.1         In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.

6.2          Dapple EQ will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur:

               a) during the draw;
               b) whilst undertaking any activity in or connected with their entry into the draw;
               c) in the participation in any prize;
               d) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
               e) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion;

6.3           Dapple EQ assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.

6.4           If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
